1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the KoKo & Co. website and subscription service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

KoKo & Co. provides a Japanese-inspired home learning subscription program designed for children ages 2½–6. Our Service includes:

• Monthly digital curriculum and printable worksheets (Digital Plan)
• Professionally printed physical learning materials shipped to your home (Physical Plan)
• Access to our parent community and learning resources

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel. All fees are in US Dollars (USD).

• Digital Plan: $19.00/month
• Physical Plan: $49.00/month

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds.

4. Free Quiz

Our placement quiz is provided free of charge. Results are for guidance only and do not constitute a formal educational assessment. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the quiz at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service — including curriculum materials, worksheets, images, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of KoKo & Co. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial household use by the subscribing family only.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute subscription materials
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Submit false or misleading information

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is designed for use by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Parents are responsible for supervising their children's use of our materials.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KoKo & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
